    my recommendation is MRS and MR perfusion or FET PET. If results more prominent for HGG in my practice I start focal radiotherapy 35GY in 10 fractions. if metastasis whole-brain radiotherapy. supportive care always is an option. if kps is low or comorbidity  my recommendation is supportive care
