    For Bilateral MBC, IDC ,G3, TN(ES,Pr,Her2-neqative ) BRCA 1 mut(+) -metastatik (oss/lym) breast cancer all therapy palliative. 1st line palliative therapy-chemotherapy with TP (6 cycls) +zoledronic acid   4mq ( 1year 12 cycls ), concurent or then radiotherapy left femoral head lesion
