The patient should receive radiotherapy although she needs a cardiovascular evaluation

Complete adjuvant treatment with doxorubicin + G-CSF - four to six cycles in total - and subsequent radiotherapy as long as she had a breast conserving surgery. Good for her prognosis to have achieved complete remision.

Continue AC with GCSF support and then RT. High risk for relapse and not enough choice of treatment then.

First of all she needs a cardiac ultrasound. If it’s correct I will try to give her at least 4 cycles of AC with GCSF support. If AC is not possible you can give her CMF, it still works.
After chemotherapy she will receive Radiotherapy ( it was a locally advanced breast cancer)
She also needs a genetic study to rule out a hereditary cancer

She did not receive all cycles of taxane and also did not complete ac cycles. She should complete 4 cycles of dose dense AC with gcsf support then radiotherapy should be started

although she couldn't complete her chemo, she had a CR. So, ı'd contiue ACx4 course with GCSF support for micrometastasis.
