Interesting case! Can you provide any details on any symptoms or family history that led to his diagnosis please? Many healthcare professionals wouldn't do a routine PSA on someone so young.

The article does not mention if biopsy was performed and what was the Gleason score ?
If possible, can you provide this info ?
Also, if the disease was so aggressive, it's extremely unlikely all those measures would have helped to the extent of declaring the patient is disease free.
