    Patient is smoker and adrenal lesions along with pulmonary nodules. Adrenal lesions can be in lung and renal both. Pulmonary nodules without definitive primary lung lesions. If you offer for adrenelectomy, may have diagnosis of renal origin or lung origin. For adjuvant treatment, only DFS  will be increased.
