    Risk and benefit needs to be discussed with the pt and staging her Axilla in the form of SNB outcome won’t change adjuvant treatment of simply hormone therapy.

    Just give an AI medicine for 5 years. 60mg denosumab per 6 months will be suggest after dentist consultation. L't sentinel lymph node biopsy will not be suggest due to old age and clinical negative detection.
