    Given a grade 1 pT1a tumor I probably would not consider further work up to evaluate the axilla. I would only prescribe an aromatase inhibitor. Anyway it is a situation in which maybe I would offer to the patient (at least for the early times) a more careful follow-up of the axilla with periodic ultrasound evaluation.
