    Bcnu wafers at surgery. Followed by bcnu post surgery until no signs of progression.

    He can go on keytruda now as it isn’t a trial but a one-off covered protocol with excellent PFS but it he’d need his  first infusion to be done +-5days or at 14-days prior to next resection plus 2 to 3 infusions following in 7-21 days for a following set of infusions post surgery noting nothing outside of a trial now is curative as everything available is palliative PD-1 antibody could be combined with another future immunotherapy like a CAR-T once those off of trialing the future. Which might continue PFS into the later date at this time everyone is simply learning how to simply live and continue on with the cancer.
