Did they do biopsies CT guided? I have lobular, and my cancer was missed for six years because they thought it was multiple myeloma. It was breast cancer, but they failed to pursue further testing. They did a bone marrow biopsy that was not CT guided and didn’t pick tissue with cancer. In 2020, I had a CT guided bone biopsy, and it was found. The cancer spread to my stomach because of the missed diagnosis.

I think is not a bone metastatic disease , probably the long period of recover after two chemoterapy seances,was in liason of avascular sclerosis. Check for N telopeptide X, oseose ALP , bone scintigraphy.
