Dr. Padmanaban earned his medical degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia where he was inducted to the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. During medical school he was selected to participate in a dedicated year of NIH-funded research through the NIH Medical Research Scholars Program. Currently, Dr. Padmanaban is currently a 4th year neurosurgical resident at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. His clinical and research interests include cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery with a focus on institutional database/registry development, evidence based neurosurgery and advanced modeling in observational datasets. He is also passionate about medical education for both medical students and residents.
