Dr. Rempe attended medical school at the Christian-Albrecht University of Kiel in Germany, with one year spent at the University of Murcia in Spain. He then pursued his postgraduate neurology training in Germany at the University Hospital of Schleswig-Holstein. After his preliminary year at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York, Dr. Rempe completed his neurology residency at the University of Florida and his clinical multiple sclerosis & neuroimmunology fellowship at the University of California San Diego as a recipient of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s clinical care fellowship grant. At the University of Florida, Dr. Rempe serves as the William T. and Janice M. Neely Professor for Research in Multiple Sclerosis. He is the principal investigator for the UF’s neuroimmunology clinical trial program and the Program Director of the UF Multiple Sclerosis & Neuroimmunology Fellowship.
