Susan L Uprichard PhD

Dr. Uprichard is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hepatology at Stritch School of Medicine, Loyola University Medical Center, Maywood, Illinois. She serves as co-Director of Infectious Disease and Immunology Research Institute, Director of the Clinical Research Office Biorepository, Director of Hepatology Research, and co-Director of the Program for Experimental and Theoretical Modeling. She is a graduate of Harvard University (Boston, MA, USA) and completed postdoctoral training at The Scripps Research Institute (San Diego, CA, US). Her research focuses on development and utilization of experimental model systems for the study of hepatitis viruses.
