Chugh is the Pauline and Harold Price Professor of Cardiac Electrophysiology, Section Chief of Clinical Electrophysiology and Associate Director of the Heart Institute at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA. He directs the Oregon Sudden Unexpected Death Study now in its 12th year that identifies novel ways of predicting and preventing sudden cardiac death in a community of approximately one million residents. The study is supported by the National Institutes of Health and the American Heart Association.
