Dr. Stuart Weinzimer is a professor of pediatrics (endocrinology) at Yale University School of Medicine and clinical professor of nursing at the Yale School of Nursing in New Haven, Connecticut.
Dr. Weinzimer received his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, and received his residency training in pediatrics at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he also completed a fellowship in pediatric endocrinology. His research focuses on advanced diabetes technologies (continuous glucose sensors, automated insulin delivery systems) and their application to clinical practice and the neurocognitive effects of diabetes in youth.
