Clinically, Dr. Steven Zeiler focuses on the diagnosis and management of stroke, including acute stroke therapy, secondary prevention of stroke, and recovery from stroke. Dr. Steven Zeiler runs the Zeiler Stroke Recovery Laboratory, in which he and his research team are broadening the understanding of how — and to what extent — motor recovery is possible after stroke. Studies involve the use of a mouse model of stroke as well as the development and application of novel technologies that can bridge the gap between patient care and research.
