Sravanthi Parasa MD

Sravanthi Parasa, MD, is a practicing gastroenterologist based in Seattle. She has specialized training in Epidemiology and Biostatistics with a passion to augment and advance clinical care through meaningful application of artificial intelligence. Her goals are to promote multi-stakeholder collaboration to scale AI and directly impact patient care. She is currently partnering with multiple world-renowned research institutes to explore potential uses of AI and implement them in clinical practice. Examples include high-fidelity risk prediction models using Machine learning, application of computer vision, machine reading and natural language processing. As a practicing clinician with significant research experience in large database analysis and prior collaborative work with national and international research institutions in various sub areas of AI, Dr. Parasa is uniquely positioned to bridge the gap between AI concept development and practical implementation for patient care.
