Snigdha Jain MD

Snigdha Jain is a clinical fellow in the division of Pulmonary, Critical care and Sleep Medicine and T32 Geriatrics postdoctoral fellow in the Clinical Epidemiology and Aging Related Research Program at Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Jain completed her medical school at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences and residency in Internal Medicine at University of Iowa before starting her fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Caring for critically ill older adults during her clinical training inspired her to pursue research into their outcomes. She joined Yale to pursue these interests. Her primary research interests include studying the effect of critical illness on long-term patient-centered outcomes of older adults and disparities in these outcomes.
