Sharon Jacob, MD is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Diego - Rady Children's Hospital and Associate Professor of Dermatology and Director of the Contact Dermatitis Clinic at Loma Linda University.  For the last decade, Dr. Jacob has been devoted to the care and well being of children who are afflicted with environmental allergens and has been at the forefront of research in the field.  She has authored over 160 peer-reviewed articles, 13 chapters, and 1 book.  


Sharon E. Jacob served as an investigator on the safety and efficacy of T.R.U.E. Test™ (Smart Practice; Phoenix, AZ) panels 1.1, 2.1, and 3.1 in children and adolescents,  Pediatric Research Equity Act (PREA-1) trial. Dr. Jacob has also served as a consultant for Johnson & Johnson. Sharon E. Jacob is currently an investigator on the PREA-2 trial.
