Serena Fragiotta MD
Physician, Department of Medical-Surgical Sciences and Biotechnologies, UOC Ophthalmology, Sapienza University of Rome, Rome ITSerena Fragiotta, MD, earned her medical degree at University of Rome Sapienza. She completed her Ophthalmology Residency at the same institution, and attended as visiting resident at Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital, New York (US), Oftalmico Hospital in Rome and San Martino IRCCS in Genoa. After residency, she started her PhD in Translational medicine. She concluded a European traineeship at Ocular Angiogenesis Group, Academic Medical Center, Amsterdam (NL). She is currently serving as physician and completing her PhD at University of Rome Sapienza.
