She has led several investigator-initiated and multi-institutional clinical trials, including studies of targeted therapy, immunotherapy, T-cell therapy, and antibody-drug conjugates for uveal melanoma. Her lab work focuses on translational research, characterizing longitudinal molecular signatures in tumor samples from patients receiving treatment. She has received intramural and extramural funding including NIH and CPRIT grants. Her goal is to develop effective therapies for metastatic disease and to identify biomarkers to predict response to treatment.
