
Salim Chahin MD
Research fellow in Multiple Sclerosis at the University of PennsylvaniaDr. Chahin, a graduate of Damascus University Medical School in Syria, finished a neurology residency at the University of Iowa and is currently finishing a Multiple Sclerosis fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Chahin recently obtained a degree in Masters of Science in Clinical Epidemiology from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Chahin’s research interests in Multiple Sclerosis include novel outcome measures to capture disease progression, in addition to developing a better understanding of under-reported symptoms in MS, such as fatigue and cognitive dysfunction that can negatively impact quality of life.
