Roger L Sur MD
Associate Professor of Surgery in the Department of Urology at UC San Diego Health, Director of the UC San Diego Comprehensive Kidney Stone Center, Director of the UC San Diego–Kaiser Endourology/Laparoscopy Fellowship Program, San Diego, CARoger L. Sur, MD, is an Associate Professor of Surgery in the Department of Urology at UC San Diego Health, the director of the UC San Diego Comprehensive Kidney Stone Center, and director of the UC San Diego–Kaiser Endourology/Laparoscopy Fellowship Program. He earned his medical degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School and completed an Endourology Society Fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Sur is certified by the American Board of Urology and is an expert in robotic surgery. He served 21 years as a Naval Physician in numerous overseas deployments including Operation Enduring Freedom. He is also an Associate Professor of Surgery at the military medical school Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.
