Richard Champlin MD

He served for over 30 years as Chairman, Department of Stem Cell Transplantation and Cellular Therapy. He has been the President of the American Society of Blood and Marrow Transplantation as well as the Center for International Center for Blood and Marrow Transplantation Research. His work focuses on translational research to assess novel approaches for hematopoietic transplantation, to enhance engraftment, hematopoietic/immune recovery and disease free survival in patients with hematologic malignancies, and development of cellular immunotherapies.
