Kudenchuk, MD, FACP, FACC, FAHA, FHRS is Professor of Medicine in the Division of Cardiology at the University of Washington, and Medical Program Director for King County Medic One, an internationally recognized prehospital care system. He is a cardiac electrophysiologist with board certification in internal medicine, cardiovascular diseases, critical care medicine as well as cardiac electrophysiology. He was past Vice-Chair of the Emergency Cardiovascular Care Committee of the American Heart Association, and presently serves on the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation (ILCOR), and as principal investigator at the University of Washington for the Resuscitation Outcomes Consortium (ROC) and for the newly created NINDS SIREN (Strategies to Innovate Emergency Care Clinical Trials Network).
