Peter C. Friedman MD, PhD

Dr. Peter C. Friedman is a dermatologist in private practice in New City, New York, and Instructor in Clinical Dermatology at the Department of Dermatology, Columbia University, New York, New York. Dr. Friedman’s early research focused primarily on elucidating genotype-phenotype correlations in epidermolysis bullosa and using RNA targeting tools to influence hair follicle biology. Dr. Friedman is currently active in multiple diagnostic and therapeutic clinical research projects. He is a leader in the use of non-thermal atmospheric plasma devices in dermatology. He pioneered numerous applications and is a holder of multiple patents in the field of medical plasma-devices.
