Paul Young is an intensive care specialist and trialist from Wellington, New Zealand. He is the co-clinical leader at Wellington Hospital Intensive Care Unit. He is the Director of the Intensive Care Research Programme at the Medical Research Institute of New Zealand. His primary research interest is the design and conduct of large-scale randomised clinical trials in intensive care medicine. His research is supported by a Clinical Research Practitioner Fellowship from the Health Research Council of New Zealand.
