Pat Fox Fulgham MD, DABU, FACS

Dr. Pat Fulgham is Surgical Director of Oncology Services and Chairman of the Department of Urology at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas. Dr. Fulgham has been performing and interpreting urologic ultrasound since 1986.  In 1993, he began teaching post graduate courses in urologic ultrasound for the AUA Office of Education and has been continuously teaching physicians and residents the fundamentals and clinical use of urologic ultrasound since that time.  He has assisted in the development of Practice Guidelines for the Performance of Urologic Ultrasound in the Practice of Urology for the American Institute of Ultrasound in Imaging (AIUM).  He is co-editor of Practical Urological Ultrasound. He has been an invited editor for Urology Clinics of North America on the topic of urologic imaging.    He has contributed chapters on the topics of ultrasound and advanced imaging in multiple publications including Campbell-Walsh Urology, Pelvic Floor Ultrasound: Principles, Applications, and Case Studies, Ultrasound of the Male Genitalia and Prostate Ultrasound:  Current Practices and Future Directions.
