Dr. Nicole J. Kim is a Transplant Hepatology Fellow at the University of Washington. She completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of California San Francisco and her fellowship training in Gastroenterology at the University of Washington. She is interested in promoting health equity in hepatology through patient care and research. Her research interests include the development of effective interventions to better address disparities in liver cancer care, with a focus on early detection of hepatocellular carcinoma through timely surveillance and improving the patient experience related to liver cancer care.
