He received his undergraduate degree at University of California San Diego, his medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin, and completed internal medicine residency at University of California Davis. After fellowship, he is interested in developing a clinical career in general gastroenterology with a focus on treating and diagnosing diseases of the esophagus.
