Dr Rosman is a senior consultant ophthalmologist and Head of the Refractive Surgery Service and Laser Vision Centre at the Singapore National Eye Centre. He is an Assistant Professor for the Duke-NUS Graduate School of Medicine and a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the NUS-YLL School of Medicine. He is frequently invited to speak on Refractive Surgery and conducts instructional courses on Refractive Surgery at local and regional conferences.
