Dr Miranda Pallan is a Clinical Research Fellow in Public Health at the University of Birmingham, UK. After qualifying and practising as a General Practitioner, she completed speciality training in Public Health Medicine. Her research interests are in the epidemiology, prevention and management of childhood obesity and she has a particular interest in childhood obesity in UK minority ethnic populations.
