Michael C. Riddell is a Professor in the School of Kinesiology and Health Science and Muscle Health Research Center at York University in Toronto. He is also a Senior Scientist at LMC Diabetes and Centricity Research in Toronto where he leads clinical studies on glucose management strategies for exercise in type 1 diabetes. Dr. Riddell enjoys running and cycling while attempting to manage his own type 1 diabetes with a hybrid closed-loop insulin pump.
