Michael W. Kattan, MBA, PhD, is Chairman, Department of Quantitative Health Sciences, at Cleveland Clinic's main campus; Professor of Medicine, Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland; Professor, Division of General Medical Sciences - Oncology, Cancer Center, School of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University; and Professor, Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, School of Medicine, Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Kattan graduated with a master's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, and a doctorate of philosophy in business administration from the University of Houston in Texas. He completed training as a postdoctoral fellow in medical informatics at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas.
