Marti Soffer, MD, MPH, is a Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital. She received her medical and masters in public health training the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and continued on to complete her residency training at the same institution. She is currently studying the utility of biomarkers in screening for postpartum diabetes, as well as the effect of patient positioning on perineal morbidity.
