Associate Professor of Neurology/Neuromuscular Division at Duke University

Lisa D. Hobson-Webb received her medical degree from the University of Kentucky College of Medicine prior to completing neurology and neuromuscular disorders training at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center and Duke University Medical Center. She is currently an Associate Professor of Neurology/Neuromuscular Division at Duke University. She serves as Director of the Neuromuscular Ultrasound Program and Director of the Duke Muscular Dystrophy Association Clinic.

Dr. Hobson-Webb is currently a member of American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM) Board of Directors. She served as Chair of the AANEM Professional Practice Committee from 2014-2018 and currently serves on the AANEM Ultrasound Committee. Dr. Hobson-Webb is also an Associate Editor of Muscle & Nerve, serves on the Associate Editorial Board of Clinical Neurophysiology and is Past President of the International Society for Peripheral Neurophysiological Imaging. She is a recipient of the 2019 AANEM Scientific Impact Award.
