Leigh Bak MSN, APRN, ACNS-BC, CDCES

Leigh Bak, MSN, APRN, ACNS-BC, CDCES, is a Diabetes Clinical Nurse Specialist with more than 30 years of experience with inpatient diabetes care and education. She serves as the Chair of Yale New Haven Hospital’s (YNHH) Glycemic Management Steering Committee and as a member of the Yale New Haven Health System’s (YNHHS) Endocrine Subcommittee of the Formulary Integration Committee.

Leigh is an incoming Board Member and Member Affiliates Liaison for the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists (ADCES), as well as a member of the ADCES Advocacy, Member Affiliates and Annual Meeting Planning Committees.
