Dr. Laura M. Nally is a K12 scholar and pediatric endocrinologist at Yale University performing research to improve glycemic outcomes in youth with type 1 diabetes (T1D). Her current research involves studying how dietary factors affect glycemic control in adolescents with T1D. She is also investigating how school-based interventions can improve outcomes for youth with T1D struggling to achieve glycemic targets. She has also lived a healthy life with T1D since she was diagnosed in 1989.
