Kimberly Holst, MD is a surgical resident in the Joint General and Thoracic Surgery training program at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She attended University of Wisconsin-Madison for her undergraduate education and received her medical degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.  Dr. Holst received the Nina Starr Braunwald Research Fellowship Award for 2016-2017 from the Thoracic Surgery Foundation in support of her research focused on cell-based therapies for right-sided heart failure.
