Kenechukwu Mezue (“Kene”) is currently a general cardiology fellow at the Yale Cardiology Program, New Haven CT. Prior to joining Yale, he was a clinical and research fellow in nuclear cardiology at the Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, Boston MA. He completed an internal medicine residency at the Einstein Medical Hospital in Philadelphia PA. He graduated from medical school at the University of Nigeria College of Medicine, Enugu, Nigeria, and obtained a Master’s in Public Health degree from the Anglia Ruskin University in Chelmsford, UK. He has interests in cardiovascular disease epidemiology, cardiac imaging, electrophysiology, and medical education. His hobbies include playing tournament Scrabble and history-driven traveling.
