Professor of Neurology and Neuroscience and Ani Professor of Alzheimer’s Disease Research, Department of Neurology, Mayo Clinic, College of Medicine and Science, Rochester, MinnesotaDr. Josephs is a Professor of Neurology and Neuroscience, Clinician Investigator and the Ani Professor of Alzheimer’s Disease Research at Mayo Clinic, Minnesota. He is dual fellowship trained in Movement Disorders and Behavioral Neurology and Degenerative Neuropathology and has two master’s Degrees in Mathematics and in Clinical and Translational Research. He is an active fellow of the American Academy of Neurology and is internationally recognized as one of the world’s leading experts in neurodegenerative diseases with over 500 scientific peer-reviewed publications. He is the recipient of several prestigious scientific awards from the American Philosophical Society, Ohio State University, the American Academy of Neurology, the American Federation for Medical Research, the Association for Clinical and Translational Science, and the Alzheimer’s Association. He is currently principal investigator of four NIH funded R01 grants.
