Dr. Karlyn Pollack was born in Northern Virginia. Karlyn earned her Bachelor of Science degree, with honors in Chemistry, with a specialization in Biochemistry, from the University of Virginia. Karlyn continued her medical education at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. She completed her intern year at Riverside Regional Medical Center before returning to the University of Virginia for her Dermatology residency training.
