Senior Consultant, Urology, Odense University Hospital, Odense, DenmarkDr. Andersen is Senior Consultant MD at the Department of Urology, OUH, focusing on lower urinary tract dysfunction (LUTD), urinary tract infection and urinary stone surgery.
Dr. Andersen specializes in treatment of patients with incontinence and bladder problems associated with neurologic disease, complex voiding dysfunction includng iOAB, and underactive bladder and men with postprostatectomy incontinence.
Dr. Andersen is a member of the board in the Nordic LUTD group in NUF Scandinavian Association of Urology. She is coordinator at a 3-day training board for the upcoming urologists in Denmark every year. She has worked for the Danish Urologic Education Committee for years. Dr. Andersen is involved in panel participation in antibiotic guidance on behalf of Danish Urological Society (DUS) hosted by the the Organization of Danish Medical Societies (LVS). She is a speaker at Urological Forum, NUF courses, Bladder Pain Syndrome - IC Society, General practice courses, and Danish Urological Society.
