Associate Professor, Division of Dermatopathology and Cutaneous Immunopathology, Department of Dermatology, Mayo Clinic, Rochester, MinnesotaOriginally from the United Kingdom, Dr. Lehman completed her undergraduate and medical training at University of Wisconsin-Madison. Following a medical internship at Gundersen Lutheran Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin, she completed Dermatology residency and Dermatopathology Fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Currently, she is a Consultant and Associate Professor of Dermatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota within the Division of Dermatopathology and Cutaneous Immunopathology.
Dr. Lehman’s clinical and research interests include autoimmune bullous diseases, graft-versus-host disease, skin infections, dermatopathology, and immunodermatology. Dr. Lehman is a recipient of the Mayo Clinic Roy S. Rogers Award, Dr. Paul O’Leary Award and Mayo Brothers Distinguished Fellow Award. Her research was recently funded by the Dermatopathology Research Career Development Award (Dermatology Foundation), the DLMP Collaborative Research Funds Award (Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology, Mayo Clinic), and the Research Development Funding Award (Department of Dermatology, Mayo Clinic).
Dr. Lehman is active in the American Academy of Dermatology and serves on the Ethics Committee of the American Society of Dermatopathology. She is an Editorial Board Member and Section Editor of the International Journal of Dermatology.
