Jonathan B. Takahashi, MD, MPH graduated from Harvard Medical School and Harvard School of Public Health. He completed residency in Family Medicine and an Academic Integrative Health Fellowship at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Takahashi currently practices primary care family medicine at UW Health and sees patients on a referral basis in the UW Health Integrative Health Consult Clinic, in Madison, Wisconsin. In addition to clinical care, he is active in medical education, teaching medical students at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health, and he contributes to the text, Integrative Medicine (Rakel, Ed.).
