He is an adjunct associate professor at UT Health San Antonio, assistant clinical professor at Baylor College of Medicine, and clinical faculty at UIW School of Medicine. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University, honors program, graduating manga cum laude; he then received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed residencies in pediatrics and dermatology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, serving as chief resident of dermatology. He completed a fellowship in pediatric dermatology at Texas Children’s Hospital. Lastly, Dr. Browning graduated from the physician executive MBA program at Auburn University. He splits his time between patient care, teaching, and clinical research.
