Joachim Burman is a consultant neurologist at Uppsala University Hospital and an associate professor of Neurology at the Department of Neuroscience of Uppsala University. In his research, he has focused on investigation of biological and clinical effects of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation as treatment for multiple sclerosis.
