Recognized for his expertise in Mohs Micrographic Survey, laser surgery and cosmetic dermatology, Dr. Jeffrey Fromowitz is a Board Certified Dermatologist and has completed advanced training in Mohs Micrographic Surgery, laser surgery and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Fromowitz received his medical education at the University of Florida, where he received numerous academic awards, including induction into the medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha, reserved for a select group of outstanding medical students. The honor is reserved for students that not only excel academically, but also provide significant service to the community and the university. He remained at the University of Florida, completing an internship in Internal Medicine at Shands Hospital, after which he served as a Resident and Chief Resident in the Division of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery.
Dr. Fromowitz is a diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. He is also a Fellow of the American Society of Mohs Micrographic Surgery, The American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Fromowitz has written and published several articles on a wide range of dermatologic topics.
Practicing in Boca Raton, Florida, Dr. Fromowitz serves as the medical director and managing partner of Dermatology of Boca.
Born in New York and raised in Boca Raton, Dr. Fromowitz currently resides in Boca Raton with his wife and 2 children.
