Jean Wright MD

Dr. Wright attended medical school at Columbia University, and radiation oncology residency at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. She was on the faculty at the University of Miami for 6 years before joining as an assistant professor in the department of radiation oncology at Johns Hopkins in 2014. She specializes in radiation treatment for breast cancer and she also has expertise in thoracic malignancies. Her research focuses on the management of locally advanced breast cancer, particularly on the role of radiation for patients who receive chemotherapy prior to mastectomy (neoadjuvant chemotherapy), as well as skin toxicity related to radiation treatment for breast cancer.
