Jasleen Minhas MD, MS
Post-Doctoral Research Fellow, Division of Pulmonary, Allergy and Critical Care Medicine, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PennsylvaniaJasleen Minhas, MD, MS, completed her Internal Medicine residency and chief residency at North Shore Medical Center in Massachusetts. During this time, Dr. Minhas worked with the Chest Imaging Laboratory at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital for research focused on identifying novel imaging-based biomarkers that were associated with outcomes in acute pulmonary embolism. She then joined the Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship program at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where she also served as Chief Fellow during her final year of training. Additionally, Dr. Minhas completed the Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology at the University of Pennsylvania during this time.
Dr. Minhas is clinically interested in pulmonary vascular diseases. Her research is focused on the remote monitoring of patients with Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, with a goal to identify physiologic biomarkers that can be tracked longitudinally to facilitate moving the focus of care for patients to their home environments.
