Jane E Corboy MD
Family Medicine Physician, Mid-Columbia Medical Center, The Dalles, ORDr. Corboy is the Vice Chair for Education in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. Her past administrative roles in the department include Residency Program Director for the Family Medicine residency program, Family Practice Center Medical Director, Assistant Residency Program director, and Residency Track Director prior to serving as becoming program director from November 1998 – October 2007. She also served as the chair of the Baylor Medical School Admissions Committee from 1993 – 2004, and as a member of the Medical School Curriculum Committee from 1994-1999, and the Graduate Medical Education Committee, and various subcommittees from 1998-2008. Her clinical interests include women’s health, sports and wilderness medicine, and prevention. Before joining the faculty at Baylor College of Medicine, she was a staff physician and Medical Director of a Community Health Center in the Lower Rio Grande Valley of south Texas.
